My electricity details are all visible on the app but I can't see any of the Gas details. It used to work fine but hasn't for the last few months. Please help.

Debby has given you a call and spoken over the issues affecting your supply and the balance etc showing on your app. Hopefully after we get you a communications check booked in, this will then resolve this issue.
Please drop me a line once you have had that communications check appointment done and dusted, and let me know whether that has resolved these issues.
