No matter what I do if it’s on the actual meter or if it’s on the home smart meter box it will not let me put on my emergency credit it says Not now or when I press A b or 7 A B I for get it tells me to press this and that but still no look so I keep using the power up which is leaving me I. Debt and now it’s on the friendly credit meaning won’t switch of during 2pm and 10am I just having problems not able to get emergency on

@melissa26503 Hi Melissa, how strange - sorry to hear this.
It should be any button to wake the meter up then: B 7 and then follow the instructions it gives you on the meter screen.
If it still is not working after that, let me know and then I will get this escalated and investigated for you 🤗I am your Community Manager! 😀
