Hey,
Overnight my IHD has stopped working.
it has new batteries and is always plugged in, I’ve move it closer to the electricity meter and even changed batteries to no availx

Can anyone help

Yes I have. It’s as if there is no power to it whatsoever.
I’ve had it plugged in all day next to the electricity meter and it’s not even on? And like I said I’ve replaced the batteries, tried different wires / plugs and plug sockets. It’s completely off and not working.

May I add it’s the smart display not the original in home display.

@eljayx I think what I will do is escalate this on your behalf, so someone can look into your account and look at the communication strength from your main meter to you In Home Display.

I've had the same no help from anyone. Now I've expecting to send in metre readings .. they were here to replace metre and made the situation worse.
