Can anyone help me please. I am a prepay smart user with the app. As like all people we try to make savings wherever possible. But over the past few weeks when I check our daily usage on the app one day week our usage at least doubles or even trebles. I have tried to get answers via telephone and chat direct but nobody seems to see what I am seeing.
The app is making these huge deductions off our balance so where is the credit going. This Monday for example average daily usage of electricity is £5 but it shows £12 and gas being around £5 a day shows over £14. But the chat operative said its not showing on the account. So where is the credit going.
Can anyone advise please.. thanks
