Hi all

Can anyone help me please. I am a prepay smart user with the app. As like all people we try to make savings wherever possible. But over the past few weeks when I check our daily usage on the app one day week our usage at least doubles or even trebles. I have tried to get answers via telephone and chat direct but nobody seems to see what I am seeing.

The app is making these huge deductions off our balance so where is the credit going. This Monday for example average daily usage of electricity is £5 but it shows £12 and gas being around £5 a day shows over £14. But the chat operative said its not showing on the account. So where is the credit going.

Can anyone advise please.. thanks

The same has happened to me last Saturday for both gas and electric, rang and spoke to someone on Monday and they did not have a clue what I was talking about as they could not see, my gas usage was nearly £9 and Electricity usage was £5.79 I never use that much in one day, even cooking Xmas lunch with cooker on most of the day was only £6. I'm hoping it correct itself.

It's happened again today.. average daily usage for Electricity was around £6 a day and yesterday £14.12.. WTF and gas is around £7 to £8 and today £15.. this is ridiculous....

My usage has said nothing for gas and electric about 5 days which is not true, just waiting for it all to be added all together in just one day.
