My meter keeps losing connection and my top ups are not showing, last time someone had to come out and reset the meter. Its happened again i called last night explained and they emailed someone and said it would be sorted, it still isnt i did explain someone will need to come out and i was ignored this happened last time it took several phone calls and a complaint before someone came out. So frustrating
