Hi guys,

For those of you who are My Utilita users, we are aware and are currently fixing an issue with My Utilita, when it is ran on Apple iOS smart phones. More information below:

Customers affected:
• iOS users only
• Users on latest app version 3.13.1
• Users who have set up Biometrics

Problem
When a user has authenticated a payment via their banking app, on returning to the Utilita app, they sometimes get stuck on the Biometric lock screen and the payment fails.

CSA Advice
Our enduring fix is app release 3.13.2 which we hope to make available by the end of the week. In the meantime, customers can get around this by either of these options:
• Making lower value payments (<£25) to avoid needing to authenticate their payments via banking app (although some banks will still request this check)
• Using Apple Pay
