Hello is there actually a number I can call to speak to a human??? Ve been with this company for over 3 years and can’t get through to anyone!!!!! A smart meter should’ve been installed within the first 3 months of joining this company but hasn’t, I’ve clicked the button to arrange an installation but I get no response, they say use the online chat but all you get is an auto bot, I’m not happy at all

@louisamelton Hi there, that is really disappointing to hear of your experience thus far.
I can reassure you that there are humans to speak to, however, these are the busiest times to get in touch, where the weather is very cold and customers therefore rely more on their energy supply and experience more issues as a bi-product of this heightened usage.
I would like to escalate this on your behalf and ensure this is looked into, so that your issues are rectified.
