For the second year running, I have not had my WHD applied to my account. Last year I had to resort to leaving a review of utilita on trust pilot and after several weeks, I eventually got it, but i was really hoping not to have to go through that again.

I have again confirmed my eligibility with DWP (over the phone and on the eligibility checker site) and so went on live chat with utilita last week. The lady couldnt see whether i was eligible or not and said someone would get back to me.

I have just missed a call from Utilita - they let it ring for approx 2 seconds and then hung up so I couldn't have answered unless my phone was in my hand. Called back and its just the regular automated line and I can't find how to speak to a human.

Really disappointing service, yet again.
