    I am on the priority register with debt on my meter when my supply goes off which it does regularly, any energy customer are supposedly meant to contact the customer when supply goes off, Utilita does not contact the customer and leave the supply off, so my question is why be registered on the priority register with disabilities when it clearly is not recognised, also when you want to change from pre to credit they make it so hard say they have tried to contact you when they have not, and it all about your credit score.

    @Claire79 Hi - sorry to hear this.

    Without having a look at your account history it would be really hard for me to comment.

    I would advise calling our contact centre and speaking to an advisor who will have access to your account and can see what is going on, ensure your PSR is up to date and try to see what the issue is with going onto credit mode.
