been on live chat now for over 2 hours now , is this normal... surely with the ammount there charging us for electric they can afford to have a decent customer sevice , i need finacal help i have around £5 in emergency left and cant use power up as im £70 in debt with that , my usage averages around £10 a day so at some point today im gonna run out of emergency, is there anyway the mods on here can do something to provide financial help ive tried ringing the council for help but they said theyll ring me back in upto 3 working days ...utiltia did help me a few months back as they said something about me classed as vunrable or something i cant rember but im on esa/pip
