WARM HOME DISCOUNT UPDATE!
All our customers who are eligible for the Warm Home Discount have now been notified about the payment by letter or email – be sure to check your spam folder if you think you’re eligible.
💡 If you Pay As You Go & have a smart meter, we’ll automatically add your payment onto your electric meter - £75 will be added in December & another £75 in January.
💡 If you have an older style Legacy Pay As You Go meter, we’ll be sending you two vouchers that can be redeemed at your nearest PayPoint store - £75 in December & £75 in January.
💡 If you pay by direct debit or on receipt of a bill, we’ll automatically credit your account with £150 & this will show on your February bill.
