    Hoping to get the warm home discount applied to meter tomorrow, was on live chat and advisor said I will be getting it tomorrow, 🤞as I'm in emergency credit and supply will be going off tomorrow at 10am 🤞🤞,

    Updating this post as no waem home discount has been received, even thiugh i have been told twice via live chat that it was going to be today 7th of December, called customer service today spoke to Troy he told me they don't know when it will be paid and I should of not been given a date, very disappointed with Utilita.

    @Claire79 Hi there, you should have received email communications from Utilita to let you know you were successful and the date of the two payments.

    I would advise searching your email account (the one you have on file with us) including your junk box.
