    I can’t see my gas meter balance on my app it just shows we are not receiving data, been like this for ages how can I make it reconnect? It’s bad enough that my in home display doesn’t work but now I can’t see my gas meter balance unless I crawl in the bottom of the cupboard and check the actual meter

    @Maxine Hi there! It sounds like they have become disconnected some how - this can come down to anything from connection issues, to signal strength issues.
