    Joined 09.11.23 paid £20 upfront and having used no more than £3 of energy Utilita are giving me an estimated £-28.58 of debt although all I have moved in is some furniture, I am not living there yet.

    The app and the not so smart meter tell me Utilita can't communicate.

    So what's going on?

    @foggii Hi there!

    Have you spoken to our Move In Team and provided a starting meter read - as well as letting them know you are the new occupier? It could also be that there is some charges on the meter from the previous occupier.

    You can ring them on 0345 2068 777.
