Have you tried looking in your user guide as it will depend on what In-Home Display/Smart Meter model you have.
Alternatively - On the 'Account tab' in the My Utilita app you can check the details we hold for you, these include: The date your supply switched over to us. Your supply number (sometimes called a MPAN or MPRN).
