Sorry to hear you feel disappointed with the scheme and the rewards on offer.
I understand the disappointment - it may also have to do with the fact you may already be a very low user - so there is not much to improve by, resulting in the reward then being lower.
Nevertheless - I will ensue that it gets fed back to our Power Payback Team, as they are always keen to hear feedback and ensure that as a business, we are consistently improving the customer experience and offerings that we can provide customers.
