    So I have been with utilita for 2 years now and still do not have a smart meter for my gas, I have been constantly asking and have had numerous cancellations from them with not even so much as a message or call after waiting in all day for them, I told them last year I was wondering the streets till dark in the cold wind and rain with my 2 small children then 7 years old and 3 years old looking for a shop that would be able to credit my gas card, all we got was sorry the systems down or no we don't do utilita so we went through the whole winter with one tiny electric heater. This is an absolute joke now, and I certainly don't want another winter of it, any idea what I can do im absolutely desperate to get a smart meter put in once and for all
