    Hi everyone,

    The My Utilita app has recently logged some of our customers out.

    We have been getting some customer feedback to state that some of you are struggling to change your password.

    We went to our App Team to get some advice from our App Engineers on a 'step by step' on how to tackle this!

    Step 1
    Go to the My Utilita Home screen and type in your email address that you registered with for My Utilita when you set your account up. Then select 'forgotten password'.

    Step 2
    Click 'done', 'okay', or 'finish' on your keyboard once you are finished tying your email address. The keyboard and command can look different depending on what type of smart phone you have. Example below with the 'tick/done box' highlighted in green outlined box in the bottom right hand corner.

    Step 3

    The 'Send Instructions' blue button will light up after you have selected 'done' on your keyboard once you are finished typing your email address, and then you can click this to reset your password.

    You will receive an email with the new password instructions! Now is the time to check your emails (be sure to check your junk box just to be extra safe, as the email reset could have gone to this folder).
