    Hi.
    I manage my daughter's Utilita Electric and Gas topups etc. Recently again - the balance has virtually evaporated. The balance is reducing to £4 to £5 daily whether Electrical devices are in use or not. This is Not correct surely. As I'm writing this, it has used 20p in 5 minutes.
    please advise, as my daughter is now in emergency credit and recently I did a Power Up.
