So my phone app still doesn't show my gas or electricity balances despite trying all the things I've been suggested. I don't have the small smart meter gizmo either .
Anyone help?
@Dips Hi there - do you have a smart meter installed? If not then the app will not work.

Hi yes I do. The app has worked for 2 years showing my balance then stopped working begining of the year. I need to guess my balance which obviously isn't ideal.
