How does this work? Use less electric in KwH, but the cost is sky high!!

@bangerdemon Hi there, it's hard for me to understand this fully with these screen shots.

I would suggest ringing up our Contact Centre who can go through your usage with you and do a deep analysis on this with you on the phone. There may be something underlying with your tariff that may be the reason for this with how it is all worked out.
