So the app is showing me incorrect readings for electricity data, last 30 days it says £97 usage which is not possible as I topped up with £60 around 30 days ago and still have credit, plus other apps like Hugo and Loop show correctly that I use around £60 of electricity give or take, in a calendar month. Why is the official utilita app so terrible at tracking and showing my usage correctly but 3rd party apps like Loop and Hugo have no problems

This could be down to meter communication issues or something else - it is hard to tell without looking into your account.
