Is there much difference to what you agreed?
As this is in regards to your financial aspect of your account - for data protection reasons, I would personally suggest using our quick and easy live chat to speak to an advisor, who will be able to quickly access your account and see what was agreed on the phone call and notes that the advisor you spoke to, left versus how much you have been charged. They will then be able to rectify anything you want to be changed and instructed.
