A Utilita engineer came to fit a smart meter. He managed to pull the gas meter cabinet from the outside wall, leaving it in a dangerous condition.
He seemed to be in a hurry and left before he completed the job. He did find time to scratch an oak sideboard though.
Worse than useless.
