I need some help ok so I have the sm1 meter and got a replacement inhome display as an update for meter was done and now my meter will not connect to my meter keeps saying not commissioned and when i click the network bars it says network error 20-1 and error 20-2

@Liam Hi there! Have you tried calling up our contact centre regarding this? As this is an account specific issue - they would be able to access your account and help get this sorted.

Yes I’ve been having this issue since October last year I believe I have been ringing up to try and sort it. It seems like I’m just getting passed around and still not sorted

It’s ok now a customer agent said he sending out an engineer to get it fixed or replace the meter thanks tho
