    HELP, I desperately need a new smart meter. I have been on hold both thru chat AND phone at LEAST 5 d's over the past 6 months, for over 2 hours with no one EVER getting to me before I hung up frustrated.
    I can't spend my days on my phone WAITING for someone to POSSIBLY answer.
    Utilita has been ESTIMATING my gas bill for over 6 months now because for some odd reason the app cannot read my gas usage, although it has NO problem reading my electric usage. I have reset my wifi, my smart meter and everything else I can think of and still NO result. My meter is WELL over 7 years old so I really NEED A NEW METER.
    If SOMEONE could possibly get in touch with me, I would greatly appreciate it.
