I had an old IHD from 2017 that was faulty (wasn’t updating on the gas side, even when topped up, it would take days and days) so I was sent a replacement Smart Display, which didn’t work. I sent back the IHD weeks ago and nothing, I’m worried it’s been lost in the post and I cannot afford the charge on my account!
Also because the replacement doesn’t work, I’ve been told again, I’ll have a charge in my account within 14 days if it’s not sent back, we’ll I haven’t received the NEW new replacement yet, and I’m worried I’m going to have this charge aswell as the other one.
That will be £80 can anyone help please. I’m panicking and struggling financially as it is 😭
