I have been talking to utilita advisors every day since 19th May 2023, I have had to call every day as what they promised didn’t happen. They promised to call back and still waiting..

Yet I I still have the problem

I’ve emailed an official complaint, no response

Generally it can take up to a week to have reply to an email. It should have come back with an automatic response letting you know the email has been received well, and advising a response time to expect?
