Hi, I have been waiting since April for a new in home display unit. I have not received it. I was told another had been posted out over 2 weeks ago and not received this one either. I need one sending out as I am disabled and unable to access my meters.

@bella1 Hi there - as it was 2 weeks ago which is the rough timescale of receiving one, I would advise waiting until Monday - and if it is still not with you, reply again to this comment thread and I can escalate it on your behalf.
In the mean time, do you have the My Utilita App?
