I need a full breakdown of what I owe to Utilita in writing.
Yesterday phoned and the person I spoke to is not helpful.
How do you make a serious complaint. I will be phoning today. Even they help me with a breakdown as it's been weeks since I used power up. The amount I have put on apparently one was 50% and other 33% after being told they put it to 25% not see this on account.
It must be under a hundred at least because £20 not lasting a day with a faulty reader and app not connecting to metre.
So these people need to watch today
