    So I used the power up and in debt but on phone they wouldn't tell me how much I had to pay left my metre not communicating with reader.

    I been telling them for ages I need new smart meter reader finally one been ordered but got to send old one. Again I explained it a different company reader which is working. But that's what needs to be done because I will have to pay £40.

    This such an appalling energy need to pay this debit and leave go somewhere else fed up and not happy with the service.
