I took £10 out of my electric and put into savings to transfer to my gas. But it wouldn’t let me transfer it. I’ve done it before and it’s worked fine. So I withdrew the money but it’s not gone back onto my electric account. What should I do.

hi Dean , I put the £10 in savings to transfer but it wouldn’t let me do it. And then tried to withdraw it back to my account but . It obviously didn’t like that idea either and kept it as if we don’t pay them enough already lol. I’m in and out of hospital on a tight budget and one less thing I could do with out messing around with . Thank you mari .
