    Dear Rebecca, this is to inform you that throughout the winter I never enjoy using heating and warm water throughout, because Utilita gas smart meter was not installed. I have over £90.00 in the gas meter that has now refused to display any digits. The meter is not connected to the electricity, so the gas meter is not functioning. Thank you.

    @Jaffar Hello there! Sorry to hear this Jaffar, that is not ideal to hear this is happening.

    If you could pop me a private mail (using the link in my signature) with your full address and best contact number so I can get this investigated for you and hopefully get your gas meter functioning like it should be.
