Dear Rebecca, this is to inform you that throughout the winter I never enjoy using heating and warm water throughout, because Utilita gas smart meter was not installed. I have over £90.00 in the gas meter that has now refused to display any digits. The meter is not connected to the electricity, so the gas meter is not functioning. Thank you.
