voucher is another issue. I have only been able to redeem two vouchers. I need help right now after a new smart meter was installed I still can not have water.

I have witnessed the poor customer service of Utilita which the company seems not to consider better ways to treat their customers. I have been without Utilita electric smart meter for more than two years of experience I've been with them which resulted in me not being able to use my gas throughout winter.
