I'm having problems redeeming my my EBSS voucher for March. Utilita are telling me I don't have a smart meter (I do). I've filled the online claim form twice but haven't had a response. I eventually managed to speak to a human, who told me he'd call me back, I've heard nothing. I lost out on February EBSS in the same manner.
Utilita is the worst energy company I've had and they're customer service is a joke.
