New customer, I cannot top up from the Utilita app from my phone , wont accept my bank account details, saying add new bank account, have tried my daughters account still wont accept her bank details, can any one help ?

@Jimbobs Hey there! How strange! I am presuming that you have set your account up on My Utilita and filled in all the necessary account details under the account registration part?
When did you become the new customer and when did your supply go live with us?I am your Community Manager! π

It went live on the 27/3/23.I have made contact with Utilita customer service they said they will try and get it sorted,I have tried to set my daughters bank details but itβs say cannot use this service.

I have again tried to make a payment on the app for gas , entered all my bank details and all information required at the end of the process it says make payment press the payment button and it says cannot make this payment, am at my wits end what can I do , I have deleythe app 4/5 times , go back on the Utilita app and still saying the same thing over& over again?

@Jimbobs Sorry to hear that - can you attach some screen shots using the image button (the icons above the comments section on here).
Once there are some screen shots I can escalate it to the correct area of the business for investigation.
