    Topped my electic & gas up this morning but recieved a email from utilita saying it was unsuccessful & there refunding my money back into my bank account since this update on my smart meters that took a week had loads off problems had a engineer come out to check meters nothing wrong with them can somone please help tia

    I have rung utilita they cant put the money on my meters due to a problem with there system i have got to wait up to 14 days for the money to go back into my bank account so no top up this week for my gas & electricity
