I’ve been waiting for over a week for someone to phone me to make an appointment for someone to sort out my hub, since I’ve had new meters fixed my hub won’t connect to the meters and when it was it was giving me a different reading to the app or the online site so I had 3 different amounts to go by. I am getting so fed up with Utilita I’ve had nothing but problems I’m going to switch as soon as I’m able.
