My smart meter was working perfectly fine today but today it says it's connected to the meter network but not receiving all data please wait for service to be restored
@Sean1904 Hi there - can you send me a private message using the link in my signature to send me your best contact number and customer ref number so I can get this looked into for you. I do not think it would affect your supply going off if you are able to manually enter your top-ups. But we still need to understand why this message is showing.
