I left utilita on 7 march and had around £70 credit on my prepayment meter , my new supplier said utilita should pay that back to me within a week - so far nothing . I did a chat last week and was promised a call back - didn't happen . I see there are 700 people in the chat queue and i don't have time to hold on the phone - any suggestions?
