I have put money on my meter this morning but the credit hasn't been credited yet

Hi there Alfie - you will most likely need to manually input it onto your main meter where your supply had gone off before you topped-up. To do this, simply go to the meter you topped up (gas or elec) and then push A, A again then put your top-up code in, then finish with 'B'.
