The money amounts on the my Utilita app app is different to what is on the table top hub that I have, I’ve tried resetting the hub and deleting the app and resetting the app but nothing seems to fix it. It also says on the app to connect the hub to the internet but when I check the hub it’s already connected.I had new meters fitted recently and it was ok for a few weeks then this started happening. Can anyone give me any advice please.

@Seanpalmer1969 Hi there! The App will never be spot on - in the T&C's it states that it is an 'estimate' as the In Home Display and meter itself will always be the most accurate.
How far out is the app balance?I am your Community Manager! 😀
