I did a top up 1 hour ago and it shows my messages that I did it, the money was taken from my account but the money does not appear on the smart meter or on the IHD and the gas appears to be low and asks me to top up. I try to contact Utilita by phone, but no one answers. Could you please help me?

@Corina hi there, had the same
problem on and off for a few weeks. Have to enter top up codes manually. Eventually got through and they are sending agent out on June 8th to check meter. It’s disgusting service
