My meters , gas and electric are only giving estimated balance . Live chat the useless autobot stated that it will show estimated when changing from prepayment to billing , I have not requested this nor will I request it ! What is going on ? I as well as many , if not all others are lead to believe , as is stated in the " smart meter " blurb on here that balance is shown in real time along with usage and yet most of the time it is 24 hrs behind ! Smart meters not so smart , aye !?

@Redhex Hi there - your balance on your IHD and your main smart meters should be accurate. It is always the app the is based on an estimate.
Can I ask what is making you think it is an estimate on the main meter?I am your Community Manager! 😀
