    Well got a letter today to say I am entitled to the Whd and they have sent the information out to utilita for the second time this was dated the 22nd march I went on live chat typed in wat I wanted to speak to them about waited over an hour to get through was asked my name and date of birth was then told they had not recieved any information and to get in touch with the dwp this seems to be utilitas favourite answer to everything then before I could give them the reference number to check they ended the conversation absolutely disgusting the way they are treating people and I wonโ€™t stop till I get what I am entitled to
