    Hello,
    any idea how to switch from prepaid to direct debit?
    I moved house, now registered in the house with the utility app, account in my name but not sure how/ what the process is.
    Prepaid was used by previous owner and I inherited the same system.

    @Wassal Hi there - as this is a major switch on your account you'll need to call the main Utilita phone line and select the most relevant option and an advisor can go through this with you and get it implemented om your account.

    The number just encase you need it is 0345 207 2000.
