Hello Rebeca

I am truly shocked at how inefficient Utilita is in any form of communication with a customer.

Every road leads to basically nothing. Weeks you seem to be closed.
I have just spent over two hours hanging on the phone and had to give up.

I have never experienced this level of detachment from a company towards its customers.

There is no call back service, no next in line information, no general inquires section.

Sad to say but my experiance is very dissapointed
