    I am a Flat owner and I have a tenant moving into my property. How can he continue using the power supply registered to me. Is this OK and can he claim the benefits

    @Nicholsons Hi there - I would suggest ringing Utilita up and letting them know you are the primary account holder and the landlord and then add your new tenants name to the account so they also have access and benefits. The advisor you speak to will be able to talk you through how it all works.
