We calculate your historic consumption based on National Grid's methodology and pass the saving on to you. We calculate what your usual consumption is, then reward you for the reduction you achieve.
We would never encourage you to reduce your usage so that you’re not comfortable at home. Don’t forget, we provide hints and tips on how you can best reduce your usage in the SMS messages you get throughout the trial, plus we have lots more advice on our website:
